I love yoga! I try to do it at least once a week and cannot believe how strong my run is the next day! Of course, I am finding that almost everything I do is to make my run stronger, lol! Anyways, yoga:love it!
I really need something to help get me to cross train, I would do cardio every day if I could, but need to strengthen my muscles!

I would LOVE a yoga DVD! I love yoga and with all the running and cycling I do I love have something slower and quieter to mix into my workouts (well, I am a pretty slow runner.
I also love how calming it is a fun way to work on strength.
