Marathon Mama

Marathons are often compared to giving birth, but according to Amber Miller going through labor is much harder!

And she should know, because she gave birth to her second child, only hours after completing a marathon. Amber was 39 weeks pregnant, when she ran the famous 26 miler.

It got her the nicknam 'Marathon Mama', but also some harsh comments. Some people thought it 'irresponsible' to run a marathon at the end of pregnancy.

Personally I don't see myself running a marathon at 39 weeks pregnancy.
Then again, I don't see myself running a marathon, period.

Would you run a marathon when 39 weeks pregnant?
And how do you feel about Amber doing just that?

P.S. I have to agree - I couldn't see myself running a marathon, much less at 39 weeks pregnant! I could hardly walk when I was 39 weeks. Lol.
