I had great fun watching this video titled ‘Don’t be that akward runner‘ featuring five men running. It made me smile watching them run. It also made me think… What’s my running form like? I sure hope I’m not a ‘Stiffy’ or a ‘T-1000′!
Don’t forget to watch their facial expressions too!
Oh my, there’s a lot to consider here. I too wonder what I look like versus what I *think* I look like, based on what I see of other runners when I’m out there.
