But...The faster you go, the more calories you burn. But a calory is a calory! So if your FitBit tells you you burned 400 calories it doesn't matter how you did it! Just that you did.Nicole Orriënshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02061262281050363451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1409575404401663375.post-27736787052947808972014-10-25T16:25:48.737+02:002014-10-25T16:25:48.737+02:00Hi, I'm so glad I could help to motivate you! ...Hi, I'm so glad I could help to motivate you! I just don't stress about it too much! Burning calories = good. Eating extra that negates the good I just did = bad.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01545632471564786843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1409575404401663375.post-67837333383737553792014-10-25T12:48:06.731+02:002014-10-25T12:48:06.731+02:00Not exactly sure why but I found this post to be m...Not exactly sure why but I found this post to be most motivating even I am not a runner. I was however one to exercise daily & have let that fall by the wayside for the last year. And that is the motivation I found - to get back into my routine. Thank you!
