Sometimes a quicky is all I can find the time for. Like today, when I got home from the birthday party of my little niece. Just a thirty minutes run. Quick but quite satisfying.
So now I'm lying on the couch feeling quite pleased with myself. My limbs have that pleasant tired feeling of a run well done, and I feel all virtuous.
Thanks to my quicky.
A Quicky

Oh, how I hear you on this one! I love them too! Plus, I find if I'm doing a quicky, I also run faster than if I know I'm doing a longer run.
Hi there..,new to the blog! Love the moms that run so I will definately read more. :)
Half an hour isn't a quicky around here.
Oh, RIGHT, you were talking about running.
Yeah, still not a quicky. That's about the extent of my prowess. I'm working on it!
I don't know how you do it! LOL! My hubby made me run 1/8 mile, walk 1/8 mile. I did this 2x, and it kicked my butt. Oh, how I wish I were a runner! LOL!
Goodness, I almost thought you were talking about something else for a second there : )
