Last week I had some difficulties with a client. And I didn't now how to solve them. So I decided to go for a run. You know: get some fresh air, clear the head.
I wasn't even halfway through my run when the answer to the problem popped into my head. It was like someone turned on the light. And I hadn't even put my thinking cap on!
Immediately I felt much better. I ran home, and presented my solution to my client. He responded: 'Great solution!'
And I have running to thank for it.
I created this cartoon to show the amazing problem solving skills of running.
If you've got a problem, go for a run!

HA! I love this. Running is definitely the perfect way to think through a problem.
I totally agree. It's helped me on many occasions!
I have come up with many solutions to problems on runs. That's one thing about running I love.
