Not a runner here but good for you if you're physically able :) Thanks so much for linking up with me at my #UnlimitedMonthlyLinkParty 10, open March 1 to 26. All entries shared on social media if share buttons installed. I’d like to invite you to check out my other current link parties!

I just went on my first outdoor run since last fall, and you are sooo right. It really lifted my mood. To add to the usual lift I get from running, people had written encouraging messages on the trail, and everyone I passed was even more friendly than usual. My motto: Be happy; go running! I found your post on the Bloggers Pit Stop. Stay well!

I don't like running, but I do love to go for a long walk. Being out in nature always makes me feel better.

I can't run any more due to artificial hips, but a long walk does the trick. Thank you.
