Run for your life!

Sure, you can use the Zombies, run app to spice up your run. But you can also participate in the 5K Zombie Run.

Just watching the video gets my adrenaline going! It looks really scary. Especially when one of the female runners gets chased by a zombie wearing a suit.

And what's with the scary clown?!

I never race, but this video makes me want to!
